About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer to join our team at CPL Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing applications in the assigned area of responsibility on CRM and peripheral systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Architect / Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Customize and configure Salesforce Omnistudio components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Omnistudio development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Code Quality: Ensure code quality, maintain standards, and follow best practices.
Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Guided Journeys: Proficiency in developing guided journeys using Omniscripts, Data Raptors & Integration components using Integration Procedures in Omnistudio and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Version Control: Ability to use Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • e-Signature Tools: Familiarity with Docusign or other e-signature tools for document management.
  • Document Generation: Exposure to document generation tools such as Omnistudio or Docusign.
  • Requirements Gathering: Understanding of the Salesforce Discovery Framework for efficient requirements gathering.
Qualification & Certifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
