We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Team at Paper Australia Pty Ltd. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business decision-making through the provision of value-added data analysis, financial reporting, and business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, including sales, margin, and expense analysis.
- Support the timely provision of monthly and annual operating financial results and statistics, as well as forecasts against budget and objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including General Ledger, Reconciliations, Intercompany Accounting, Standing Journals, and KPI reporting.
- Develop and implement controls around pricing changes, including ad-hoc and annual changes for contracted and non-contracted customers.
- Assist with vendor setup and purchase orders, as well as Winmagi support as required.
- Recognised tertiary qualification in a commercial stream (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business) and a commitment to ongoing learning and personal development.
- Postgraduate qualification in accounting (CPA or ACCA) or currently pursuing such qualification.
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, particularly Winmagi.
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and result-driven approach.
