**Job Opportunity:** Campus Management RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Campus Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the student body is managed and coordinated effectively.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ELICOS regulations and accreditation standards. You will be responsible for managing educational resources, including textbooks, software, and multimedia materials, to support effective teaching and learning.A key aspect of this role is curriculum development. You will collaborate with teaching staff to design, update, and implement curriculum strategies aligned with language acquisition principles. Regular assessments of teaching methodologies and materials will also be conducted to maintain high academic standards.The ideal candidate will have experience in ELICOS curriculum development and academic management. They will be able to lead and support academic staff through effective communication and mentoring. A valid Blue Card (QLD Working With Children Check) and full working rights in Australia are also essential requirements.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.   • Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • CELTA (or equivalent) DELTA qualification desirable.

  • Strong understanding of ELICOS regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Relevant ELICOS experience in a management or supervisory role in Australia.
  • Valid Blue Card (QLD Working With Children Check).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
