Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Sydney Campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to the children in our campuses while delivering an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure child safety and welfare by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children.
  • Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships.
  • Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for children at the campus.
  • Document children's learning through our app and provide ongoing input for Quality Improvement Plan requirements.
  • Implement our Grow curriculum within the Campus.
  • Create and set up interesting learning environments for children in line with our Grow curriculum.
  • Work as a team to ensure children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, minimum two years full-time relevant work experience, a genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development, and be a creative, supportive, and cooperative team player. They will also require a current Working with Children Check (Employee) and strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
