Platform Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our team, where you will play a critical role in enabling our teams to deliver secure, reliable and efficient solutions. As a key member of our platform team, you will be responsible for building and owning platforms that streamline workflows, reduce cognitive load, and enhance security and reliability across our products.
You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. Your contributions will directly support the success of our teams by providing them with the tools and frameworks they need to seamlessly incorporate security, reliability and observability into their products.
Responsibilities:
- Build, own and operate high-performance platform services that meet our high security and reliability standards.
- Provide our cross-functional teams with the tools, frameworks and insights they need to ensure smooth delivery and scalability.
- Be a steward of platform services, demonstrating best practices in operational excellence, including incident management, monitoring, and on-call response.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong technical background and a passion for solving complex problems in creative ways.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a Platform team, Site Reliability Engineering team or similar.
- Experience in incident management and/or on-call processes.
