About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of the management team, you will provide legal advice and support across various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal guidance on property acquisitions and settlements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage liquor licensing applications and renewals, ensuring all venues are compliant with WA regulations.
  • Advise on employment law matters, including contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution.
  • Offer day-to-day legal advice to senior management on a variety of issues, including compliance, contracts, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia with a current practising certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property law, commercial law, or a related field (hospitality industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of liquor licensing laws in WA.
  • Experience in employment law and handling HR-related legal matters.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels of the business.
