Comprehensive General Practice Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our vibrant team at Hamilton Family Practice in Victoria. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our experienced GPs, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a nursing degree and registration from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Essential skills and qualifications include exposure to healthcare, professional support for GPs, excellent communication and time management skills, and a warm, adaptable personality.
We value flexibility and a willingness to participate in professional development. Experience in surgical procedures is highly regarded, but not essential. What matters most is your passion for providing exceptional patient care and your ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Job Description- Main tasks will include childhood immunisations, CDM Care plans and health assessments, ECG and Spirometry, cold chain maintenance, treatment room administration, recall of patients, and good medical record keeping.
- Assist with clinical procedures and maintain a clean, harmonious working environment.
You will have the opportunity to work with another experienced and friendly nurse, supporting each other to deliver outstanding patient care. Our practice is modern, fully computerized, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring you have everything you need to excel in your role.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
