The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced fitter to join our site-based team on a 2/2 roster.
Your key focus will be to work in a team of employees on the new machine site builds, ensuring all assembly, onsite builds, and commissioning are completed as scheduled.
Maintaining housekeeping standards within your allocated area and liaising closely with the supervisor and leading hand to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery targets are achieved.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- E nsure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced and displayed by all employees.
- H old relevant Australian mobile plant trade qualifications.
- H ave previous experience with the assembly, overhaul, repair, and servicing of mechanical and hydraulic components on construction and/or mining equipment.
- M ust have Forklift, dogging, Rigging, EWP, and Working at Heights certifications.

- Scaled rates starting at $69/hr with opportunities for increase based on yearly performance and training completed.
- All travel hours paid including airport to site, intersite, and site to camp/vice versa.

- 190hr annual leave and 76 hours personal leave per annum.
- Paid Airport standby time and flight travel time to/from the Site.
