About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Registry Officer to provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to our client, a large NSW Government Agency. As a Registry Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of support to the Tribunal, including data entry, preparing correspondence, and maintaining electronic and file records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the Tribunal
- Answer simple phone enquiries and respond to emails
- Data entry and maintenance of electronic and file records
- Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide a range of administrative and clerical support services, including printing, filing, scanning, and emailing documents
- Input all relevant data in the tribunals case management system and create, store, retrieve, and archive tribunal files
- Seek guidance from, and escalate more complex matters to the Senior Registry Officer when required
- Other administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in administration or office-based customer service
- Motivated and self-driven to provide excellent customer service in a Tribunal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in a legal or Government environment is beneficial but not essential
