
Medical Assessment Unit Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Medical Assessment Unit as an Enrolled Nurse. The unit provides short-term, multidisciplinary care for patients who require rapid assessment and treatment.
About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide safe and effective nursing care to patients using an individualized approach related to their goals of care.
- Responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
