About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Venue Manager to lead our operations in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee multiple venues and drive business growth through effective management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with state leaders and operations managers to execute company-wide initiatives and drive sales and profit targets across all venues.
- Coach and support venue managers to achieve sales and monthly profit targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to building a safety-conscious culture and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations across all venues.
- Lead local marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit, and develop the business through property presentation and visual merchandising excellence.
Requirements
- A proven track record of strong leadership skills, excellent communication, coaching, organisational, and delegation abilities in a matrix organisation.
- Experience balancing customer requirements and operational capabilities to effectively deliver the venues' vision.
- Mult-unit management skills, operational experience, and knowledge of internal systems.
- Industry licenses and accreditations, including gaming license, RSA/RSG/National Police Check/NT Police Fingerprints.
- Ability to meet liquor licensing nominee/appointee requirements and hold a current Driver's license.
- Flexible availability.
The Benefits
