About the RoleAs Communications Lead, you will develop and implement an integrated communications strategy to support the Technology Transformation Program. This includes:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create clear and compelling communications;
- Providing documentation and advice on timing, audience, channels, stakeholder impacts, and reputational risks and opportunities;
- Ensuring consistent communication and supporting change uptake using established tools and processes.
You will work closely with relevant teams, including Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications, to ensure all communication is aligned with current business standards.
About You and Your SkillsWe are looking for someone with extensive commercial experience in professional communications and documentation. Key skills include:
- Developing and implementing communications strategies;
- Writing, proofreading, and editing for internal and external stakeholders;
- Business partnering experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations;
- Advanced computer competency and basic web content management experience.
The ideal candidate will have a focus on continuous improvement, attention to detail, quality control, and customer focus.
