About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of contracts, conducting basic reviews, and providing leadership and guidance to junior project coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts and conduct basic reviews with support and guidance from the Project Manager
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks, including completing financials, maintaining project permits and documentation, and providing project completion documents for clients
  • Coordinate activities to ensure project objectives, scope, budget, quality, and schedule are met or exceeded
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior project coordinators and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and regulations
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in coordinating commercial construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Construction White Card or the ability to attain
  • First Aid Certificate Level 2 or the ability to attain
  • Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety or the ability to attain
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software applications
  • A current driver's license and the ability to travel as required
