Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and developing team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
  • Managing inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Operating registers and managing cash handling procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve store operations and implementing changes.
  • Acting as a second-in-command in the absence of the Store Manager.
