We are seeking a primary educator to work with students in Years 3-6.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.

  • Cultivate a growth mindset and set high expectations for students.
  • Nurture social and emotional development.
  • Implement evidence-based programs, including daily reviews in literacy and numeracy.

A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice is essential to support the wellbeing and learning of all students.

Requirements:
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with relevant work rights.
  • A WA Working with Children Check before starting.
  • A Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting.
