We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Leader to join our team as Regional Clinical Support Manager - West. This role will provide clinical guidance and support to our Residential Managers and Clinical Managers in the Western Downs region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight and support to Residential Managers and Clinical Managers
- Conduct regular assessments of clinical practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support the clinical leads in each home in responding to findings of internal audits and implementing treatment plans
- Partner with Nurse Practitioners to ensure acute and complex care needs are monitored and managed
- Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or allied health practitioner)
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical management principles and practices
- Ability to support, mentor and grow people
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and relate to all levels of management, employees, volunteers and customers
