The Role
Ocean View Retirement Living is a lively community perched on a hill, offering stunning views of the ocean. As a Supportive Care Provider, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional daily care services to residents, focusing on enhancing their independence and overall well-being. You will build strong connections with residents, their families, and your colleagues to ensure that care standards are consistently met and exceeded.
This position is for Permanent Part-time evening shifts.
Week 1= Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Week 2= Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday.

Collaborate with a team to provide safe and effective daily personal care tailored to each resident's needs in accordance with their care plans. Ensure that all residents receive compassionate, respectful personal care that promotes their choices and independence. Assist residents and the community with tasks including, but not limited to: medical and personal support, housekeeping, and administrative duties. Support residents in engaging in recreational and social activities. Adhere to all Aveo health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents related to safety, security, or resident welfare. Demonstrate passion, reliability, and a commitment to connecting with residents, colleagues, and the broader community.Qualifications
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (mandatory). Current First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory). Current Police Check clearance (mandatory, but we can assist with this). Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (mandatory).
