We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
With a focus on reablement and restorative care, your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
What We Are Looking For- A degree in physiotherapy with current registration
- Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experience working with aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
- Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Alignment with our values and mission
- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
