Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Concierge at Melbourne Airport. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless vehicle processing, and delivering a world-class experience for our customers.

About the Role

This position will be the face of our premium valet service, interacting with customers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. They will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure accurate and efficient vehicle processing, including key collection and return
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
- Full manual VIC Driver's License and clean driving record
