About the Role

This is a key position in our firm, reporting directly to our Principal and working closely with our team of experienced lawyers. As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own files from start to finish, including initial client consultations, assessing and advising on claim viability, preparing legal documents, and attending court hearings and settlement conferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A strong understanding of personal injury law and the CTP processExcellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholdersProven experience in managing files from start to finish, including court appearances and settlement conferencesA strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients
