We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Principal Nature Strategy Lead. This is a full-time, permanent position, preferably based in Perth.

As a Principal Nature Strategy Lead, you will be instrumental in developing innovative strategies to manage nature-related risks and opportunities. You will collaborate with various departments to implement nature-focused initiatives and provide expert advice to key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Shaping our environmental future: Lead the development of our approach to nature, inclusive of biodiversity, water, land, and pollution.

* Driving positive change: Collaborate across teams to implement innovative nature initiatives, align our operations with our sustainability goals, and nurture our commitment to nature.

* Staying ahead of the curve: Monitor global nature-related trends, policies, and technologies, providing valuable insights to guide our company's sustainability practices and reporting.

* Cultivating partnerships: Represent our organisation in key industry forums and working groups, fostering relationships that amplify our impact and influence positive policy changes.

We value candidates with 7+ years of experience, especially those who have worked in large organisations. Your background in the resources sector would be a plus.

You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree or similar in environmental or sustainability-related fields.
