Job Title: Support Worker - Cleaning

We are seeking a compassionate cleaning support worker to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of a safe and clean living environment for residents and staff.

The role is permanent part-time with day shifts available from Monday to Sunday across a fortnightly roster.

The successful candidate will:

  • Evaluate and maintain environmental service standards
  • Ensure resident living environments are safe and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
  • Operate mechanical cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaning machines, steam cleaners and hard floor scrubbers

The ideal candidate will possess effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate their ability to prioritise workloads and commit to continuous quality improvement.
