This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in environmental management. As a Graduate Environmental Scientist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an Environment Management System with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and best practices.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to minimize environmental impacts.">
  • Assisting with environmental risk assessments and providing support to regional and site environmental teams.">
  • Providing data analysis and reporting services to help inform business decisions.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential environmental risks.">

As part of our customized graduate development program, you will have access to coaching, mentoring, and professional training opportunities. You will also have the chance to rotate through various departments and gain exposure to different aspects of our business.

What you'll be doing

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing procedures to ensure environmental compliance.">
  • Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues.">
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.">
  • Developing and delivering presentations and reports to stakeholders.">
