We are currently recruiting for a Educational Leader to join our team at Churchill Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part-time basis.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to inspire and motivate others, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing programs that promote the social, emotional, and physical development of children.
- Leading a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education services.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Providing guidance and support to educators and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
