We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Professional to join our team at Australian Unity. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently and remain within their own homes.

About the Role
  • Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers, including domestic assistance, social support, and administration.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance the care we provide.
Requirements
  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm.
  • Live within 15-20km radius to enjoy a convenient commute and support your local community.
  • Ability to commit to our PAID 2 week training and induction program when you first commence.
