Position Summary:
We are seeking a proficient TIG Welder to join our workshop team. This role involves working closely with the Operations Manager to prioritize daily tasks based on client demands. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a small group of fabricators or work independently, focusing on stainless steel gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) across various positions, including some sheet metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute TIG welding tasks with precision and skill.
- Interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, utilizing provided tools effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
