About This Opportunity

Programmed Property Services, a leading provider of painting, signage and grounds maintenance services, is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join its Grounds Maintenance team in Western Australia. This dynamic role will be responsible for supporting the WA Branch and Project Managers to deliver quality and compliant grounds and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Leadership: Collaborate with the state manager to develop and implement strategic goals aimed at improving productivity, financial management and overall operational efficiency, ensuring a zero-harm culture.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee and evaluate operational team performance to ensure service and quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Procurement and Inventory Planning: Manage procurement and inventory planning to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Assist in managing key supplier relationships to leverage cost benefits.

Requirements:

  • A passion for operations and a background in mechanical assets or the grounds industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to provide care and empathy to site-based teams.
