Job Title

Leading a Team in Retail

The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and managing staff to drive business results.

  • They will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Additionally, they will be expected to maintain high standards of store presentation, manage stock levels and prepare sales reports.

The successful candidate will think customer first, nail the fundamentals and take retail seriously. Experience in retail/hospitality is not essential but having the right attitude and mindset is crucial.
