We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Casual Pool at Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large metropolitan Mental Health Service, providing high-quality care to patients. As an Enrolled Nurse in our Casual Pool, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including casual hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Mental Health setting
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Holds a Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification in medicines administration
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other stakeholders
- Supports working in a person-centred environment
- Current professional practice knowledge base
- Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
