Job Opportunity

As an Employment Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals who have secured employment to thrive in the workforce.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching participants, helping them navigate workplace challenges and ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

  • Providing regular check-ins with participants to address workplace issues and provide guidance.
  • Connecting participants with additional support services as needed to facilitate their growth and development.
  • Collaborating with employers to foster positive working relationships and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements

While experience within employment services or related industries is highly advantageous, it is not essential for this role. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

A qualification such as a Cert IV in Employment Services is highly regarded but not an essential requirement.

Candidates must undergo a Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement of employment.
