Job Overview

This senior clinical role requires extensive experience in delivering evidence-based treatments across diverse public mental health settings. As a skilled clinician, you will bring highly developed clinical skills and knowledge, with expertise in treating Personality Disorders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing specialist evidence-based clinical treatments for personality disorder
  • Providing secondary consultation and workforce training to enhance service delivery
Key Requirements:
  • A strong commitment to improving mental health services for people with personality disorders and their families
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in psychological theories and interventions, specifically focused on treating Personality Disorders
  • Proven ability to conduct specialist assessments, risk management, and therapeutic interventions for consumers with complex mental health challenges
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with consumers, families, and mental health teams
  • Experience driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
