As a key player in Regional Commercial & Agribusiness Banking, you'll have the opportunity to build a career through internal promotions within our team.
We support high-value portfolios within our high-performing team in the Southwest VIC region, with flexible work arrangements across locations such as Colac, Horsham, Ballarat, and Warrnambool.
Key responsibilities include working closely with Senior Relationship Managers to develop strong connections with clients, conducting financial analysis, credit submissions, and deal structuring, assessing potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests, and regularly reviewing portfolios to maintain high-quality credit and strong client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you'll need familiarity with financial analysis and credit assessment, a strong understanding of risk and compliance processes, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated drive to succeed and ability to tackle challenging tasks.
