Job Title: Academic Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Support Coordinator.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to academic and student services teams, including responding to student inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining accurate student records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process student requests, including certificate collection, reprints, and documentation distribution
  • Maintain accurate student records and notes on the Learning Management System (LMS) and Sharepoint
  • Support the results process, including results processing, release of results, mid-semester reporting, and printing and distribution of certifications and transcripts
  • Support course and unit database management, class timetabling, facilities management, and system rollover each teaching period
  • Provide administrative support to academic and student services teams as required
  • Assist with the coordination and logistics of student events, orientation, and graduation activities
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve student issues or escalate as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, data security, and institutional policies in all student interactions
