About the Role

As a member of our proactive services team, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean environment for customers and colleagues alike. This role is focused on ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-maintained, allowing us to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Execute tasks as outlined in your daily planner, including sweeping floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, and emptying bins to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  2. Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas, ensuring they are returned to their designated storage locations.
  3. Work collaboratively across departments to identify and address specific cleaning needs, promoting a seamless customer experience.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering directions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
