About Our IT Operations Team

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Operations Manager to lead our technology team in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas
  • Ensured smooth functioning of enterprise's technology platforms, services and processes
  • Provided technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration
  • Evaluating requests for changes and deviations from specifications
  • Taking responsibility for major aspects of network specification, standards, technologies and overall network design models
  • Managed adoption of tools, techniques and processes for management of systems and services
  • Overseeing planning, installation, maintenance and acceptance of new and updated infrastructure components
  • Aligns to service expectations, security requirements and other quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
  • Proven experience managing enterprise level IT operations, infrastructure and services
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management
  • Proficient in system administration, network management and infrastructure monitoring tools
  • Solid understanding of cyber principles and practices
