Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the construction and installation of structures, machinery, or equipment on our project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with technical plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
The Role- Review project specifications, prepare for assembly activities, and ensure availability of necessary resources.
- Oversee the assembly and erection of structures or equipment, ensuring alignment with technical plans.
- Inspect installations to meet design standards and resolve defects or discrepancies.
- Enforce safety protocols, monitor site activities, and ensure adherence to HSE regulations.
- Maintain records, prepare progress reports, and document as-built modifications.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in assembly, erection, or construction projects, preferably in relevant industries such as utilities or large infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, standards, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with SHEQ regulations and a track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
