About the RoleThis role is responsible for delivering high-quality, specialized valuation services that align with our core values, culture, and business objectives. You will work closely with our team to provide expert valuation reports, maintain and grow our client base, and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Specialized Real Estate team to implement business strategies and drive growth.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to increase market share and revenue.
- Providing regular reports to senior stakeholders, including the Head of Alternate Investments and National Director – Specialist Real Estate.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities.
- Supporting change management initiatives to drive business growth and evolution.
- Mentoring and developing the skills of Valuers, Graduates, and Assistant Valuers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Positioning yourself as an expert in Specialist Real Estate instructions, providing guidance and mentoring to other stakeholders as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Certified Practicing Valuer.
- Panel valuer or similar industry experience.
- A Post-Graduate Qualification.
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
