The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Corporate team on a full-time basis. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our lawyers and helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing processes for the team
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Assist with document creation and editing
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
