Roster: 7D/7N/14R – FIFO ex Perth

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain FMG trains over the expanding FMG Network, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of ore from mine to port facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being flexible and proactive in meeting customer needs.
  • Develop and coach junior operators and trainees to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Heavy haul experience preferred.
  • Current medical fitness to operate a locomotive.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe working practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office software.
  • Cert 4 Locomotive Driving.
  • Ability to pass a Category 1 Safety Critical Worker medical.
