As a Support Worker:
- Provide quality support to our participants
- Provide personal care with dignity
- Follow Support Plans
- Have good communication skills
- Hold a Working with Children Check
- Hold First Aid Certification
- Hold a National Police Certificate
- Hold NDIS Screening Clearance
Our Requirements (Not Limited To):
- Current driver's license
- Owns own car and has insurance
- Confident in supporting adult/child participants
- Thrives in a team-based environment when working together
- Understands each participant's needs and wants
- Provides domestic cleaning
- Supports participants within the home and out in the community
