**Job Title:** Network Automation Specialist

This role will play a pivotal part in mid to large-scale network security operations teams.

The key responsibilities include Level 3 escalations handling and organizing vulnerability and maintenance windows. Intermediate to professional knowledge in coding/scripting will be essential in supporting our network automation platform which handles customer requests.

Key duties include:

  • Installation, configuration and upgrade hardware, systems and software for networks
  • Management of network and security performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting and continuous improvement to optimize performance
  • Identify, analyze and manage risk at every aspect of work
  • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
  • Undertake project design and architecture work, like High-level and detailed design work

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Coding Skills: Python scripting/coding (Intermediate) - primary importance
  • DevOps tools Skills: BitBucket, Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub, Terraform, Vault
  • Network Security: Operational expertise in the networking domain, showcasing ability to tackle complex network challenges
  • Experience with F5 load balancer, GTM/LTM, Firewalls - Juniper SRX, Fortinet FortiGate, VMware (now Broadcom) NSX
  • Data Management Skills: Data Collection, Schema Binding, Data Manipulation and Analytical skills
