Senior Technical Lead for System Safety and Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to lead our System Safety and Assurance efforts.
This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks across project lifecycles, from concept to commissioning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Systems Engineering and Assurance principles.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with project stakeholders and subject matter experts. They will be responsible for facilitating workshops to identify risks and controls, enhancing Systems Safety, RAM, Human Factors implementation in design and delivery.
The successful candidate will also generate technical management plans, systems architecture, configuration and change management processes, and support integration and interfacing with external projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead System Safety and Assurance efforts across multiple projects
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate workshops to identify risks and controls
- Generate technical management plans and systems architecture
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts
Requirements:
- Strong background in Systems Engineering and Assurance principles
