Lead a Thriving Early Learning Centre

About the Role:

As a Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators and supporting the growth and development of children in our care. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community
