We are looking for a confident and autonomous neonatal nursing professional to deliver high-quality care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse in our Special Care Nursery, you will work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver autonomous neonatal nursing care in the Special Care Nursery
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Participate in education and professional growth opportunities

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Victorian Working with Children Check
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in SCN or NICU
  • Current experience in a Neonatal Unit
  • Experience in caring for babies on Non Invasive Respiratory support (CPAP)
  • Skills in neonatal advanced resuscitation and stabilization of the neonate
  • Flexibility to fulfill a rotating roster
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Embrace a family Centred approach to care
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Cabrini Health Limited
