Hay Processing Assistant Position

We are seeking dedicated workers to join our hay processing site based in Ultima. The role involves assisting with the loading and unloading of containers, general manual handling duties, sorting and strapping loads, as well as performing various ad-hoc tasks related to plant maintenance and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a current valid forklift license (LF Ticket) and prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is highly desirable. A strong commitment to safety and quality of work, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be willing to travel to and work from our site located at Ultima, Victoria. We offer a variety of shifts throughout the week to accommodate different needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of containers
  • General manual handling duties
  • Sorting and strapping loads
  • Ad-hoc duties regarding day-to-day maintenance and operations of our plant

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • A current valid forklift license (LF Ticket)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations

  • Ability to conduct some manual handling duties
  • Demonstrated experience of working effectively within a team environment
