The role of Production Team Member is an exciting opportunity to join a manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
This permanent, full-time position requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing goods to meet customer requirements
- Operating metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines, as well as general sheet metal equipment
- Picking and packing products with precision and care
- Interpreting product drawings and specifications
- Participating in training on the use of specific plant and equipment
- Ensuring attention to detail and maintaining quality assurance standards
- Adhering to strict safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
- Essential - Current and valid forklift license
- Desirable - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Effective problem solver with strong communication skills
- Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing high-quality products
- Basic computer skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow with the company
