Norton Rose Fulbright is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the global market. Our Intellectual Property practice is renowned for its expertise in patent litigation, and we are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to contribute to the expansion of our Intellectual Property team. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex high-profile patent litigation matters, project manage large and complex IP litigation projects, and work alongside award-winning partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex IP litigation projects, working closely with other team members and partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support patent litigation matters.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to provide a seamless global offering to our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patent law and best practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of years PQE, ideally gained within a reputable patent litigation practice.
  • Experience and expertise in patent litigation, with strong project management skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong drafting skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning.
