Childcare Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Leader to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging programs for primary-aged children before school, after school, and during the holidays.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that children receive a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that encourages their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging programs for primary-aged children
  • Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality childcare services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain
  • Availability from 6:00 am - 8:50 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain
