About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analytics Expert to join our team at Media.Monks. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with enterprise-level clients, developing data strategies and implementing complex measurement projects.

As a Digital Marketing Analytics Expert, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, building their analytics frameworks, overseeing tagging, and providing ad-hoc reporting needs. You will also drive value for clients through expert knowledge and client relationship skills.

The ideal candidate has a history of working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Marketing Platform. They should have experience helping various businesses implement their data collection and finding ways to utilize this data to drive value through reporting and analysis.

This role also offers growth opportunities within our AUNZ team and APAC data team. You will participate in innovation on projects and have the potential to advance the practice of analytics and data from the forefront.

Responsibilities

">
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to clients via scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports, and various analysis initiatives.">
  • Develop analytics and data strategies for large brands, focusing on measurably lifting their business.">
  • Share your data and marketing analytics expertise with clients and the Media.Monks team, acting as a thought leader and participant in knowledge growth.">
  • Manage relationships and projects for enterprise clients.">
  • Assist clients in understanding online measurement importance and provide best practices for general data strategy and technical implementations.">
  • Assist the data team in propelling our practice forward with new go-to-market initiatives and solutions.">

Requirements

">
  • You have at least 2-3 years of client-facing experience with Google Analytics, preferably in a digital marketing consulting firm, agency, or advertiser.">
  • Beyond Google Analytics experience, intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity are key qualities we look for.">
  • You have deep knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other parts of the Google Marketing Platform.">
  • You understand the data, adtech, and martech industry.">
  • You have experience managing strategic projects and/or clients.">
  • You are self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.">
  • You collaborate well within cross-functional teams.">
  • You have experience implementing and utilizing data from various digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Optimize 360, etc.">
  • You are familiar with BI/Data analysis tools (Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).">
  • Familiarity with cloud data (GCP / BigQuery, AWS, etc) and leveraging it is a plus.">

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
