We are seeking a seasoned solutions architect to spearhead our MSP Program in Asia Pacific and Japan.

Job Opportunity:

This key role involves driving the technical strategy for our MSP Program, fostering collaboration among partners, and enhancing their technical capabilities through scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical standards, provide architectural guidance, and empower partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify areas for improvement in partner technical capabilities and develop strategies to address them.
  • Establish best practices and validation criteria for our MSP Program, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.
  • Build and lead a community of solutions architects focused on MSP enablement, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand partner needs and influence AWS service roadmaps accordingly.
  • Author technical content, create presentations, and develop enablement materials that support the growth of our MSP Program.

This individual contributor role requires effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across APJ and globally. Travel to partner and AWS events will be required approximately 5-10 times annually within APJ and globally.
